The Manufacture for the Core 46 Maverick has began new CAD designs to correct the breakage problem. We have shipped all USA Core 46 XT units, will ship international next. The Core 46 XT had taken 24 months to engineer and manufacture, based on a dozen different design corrections, the final production was perfect, The Maverick Core 46 will take much less time, new product development rarely will be perfect in the first manufacturing production. We want to make sure the Maverick is equally perfect as the Core 46 XT. Every Backer that has received the Core 46 XT is very happy and loves the result, we want the same result for all Maverick Backers.

As we communicated in the last 2 updates in regards to the Core 46 Maverick that we have been testing and correcting areas that were weak or not functioning properly. All areas were corrected except for a breakage area within the body. We tried to correct the problem with stronger material, but after testing the new material the breakage continued.
The good news is the Core 46 Maverick body breakage problem is fixable, but it will require an additional new mold with a time frame of approximately 69 days and greater cost that Core 46 will completely absorb. We are sorry for the delay, but we wanted to test all expects, so when all backers receive the Maverick it will be perfect and you will have long term benefits.
Backers who upgraded to the Core XT 46, units have arrived at our fulfillment facility and shipping will begin this week.

We have received the quality changes on the Core 46 Maverick unit and testing to determine strength and breakage. The product looks amazing, its important that there is no defects and performs perfectly.
We will have the Core XT 46 ready to ship by Oct 26, 2018, we have received several reviews of backers that upgraded to the express shipment and commented how awesome the Core XT 46 performed.

Hi Core 46 Backers,
We been traveling to China to deal with all the corrections from mold first shots, We delayed our August 20 update, until we heard from our Core 46 manufacturer, they are making several quality and engineering adjustments that should be completed in September; they are adding more strength and dealing with the resistance unit testing on a repetition machine. We also had a review on Tech channel as:
“1 of 5 AMAZING NEW INVENTIONS YOU MUST HAVE IN 2018” and had a booth at the largest fit-expo, chosen as one of the top 4 products featured on several Television News stations.
