We have finally been in contact with the manufactures, they will have a schedule of manufacturing and shipping in about 40 days to Core 46. They apologized, but they are overwhelmed and trying to catch up with all their clients, they have bigger clients, we are not on the top of their priority list but we are not on the bottom either. We want the Maverick Core 46 equally as much as our backers.

The manufacture is prioritizing Covid-19 Medical and protective equipment or PPE over all non essential products, during the Corona virus pandemic. We hope that everyone remains safe and that solutions are found to resolve this pandemic crises.

The manufacturers have had little progress due to the coronavirus, we have had little response from our China mold makers, right now we can only be patient. We will continue to update every 3-4 weeks.

We update within 3-4 weeks based on manufacturing information, we finally received an email from the mold manufacturers in China, the good news is they did test for mold surface defects and uniform temperature, it all was positive. They will inject units for review, that will be completed after Chinese New Years, we are in a Que and with the virus isolation they informed us that they will get it done as soon as possible.

Hi,
Mold Manufacturer has finally sent an email that they have started to test, texture and QC the mold, based on the last product prototype that was reviewed. They are going to first test cooling plate cavity for long period of injection, they will run for several hours and then the next final step is texturing the inner surface. They apologized for the long wait but they have been under staffed and had many customers delayed. The test will result in the following:
- Test mold temperature for uniform quality
- Reduced cycle time for productivity
- Detect any surface defects
- Establish proper uniform cooling to avoid warpage based on uniform mold surface temperature (warpage caused by non uniform cooling)
