AMAZING, WORTH THE COST- WORKED ALL MY CORE, AB, BACK, ARM MUSCLES I am an attorney (lawyer) in Ottawa, Canada. I purchased the Core XT 46 five weeks ago because, due to a very busy schedule, I work out at home with a soloflex, free weights and an exercise bike. I don’t have time to work out at a state-of-the-art gym with multiple, state-of-the-art machines and equipment. As a result, my core workouts were suffering. This unit is amazing. In about 7 minutes of focused effort, my abs, my core, are letting me know that they have been worked (as have my arms, shoulders, lats, etc.). I had a burning question about the smartphone app and called the manufacturer. Service was second to none. Highly recommended.

EXCELLENT MACHINE; WORKED ALL MY CORE MUSCLE GROUPS!!- The CORE XT46 was easy to set up. It came with Resistance 2 but others can be purchased. This was the perfect resistance for me with lots of room for further strengthening. I found it worked all the muscle groups. The app for exercise timing worked well. I couldn’t load the instructional videos from the app on my phone but could on my computer. I had a few questions so I emailed the company and they sent a quick response. This is an excellent machine for at home workouts!

EVERYTHING IS TIGHTER AND FLATTER- I’m 61, so I’m just trying to keep everything tight. This works great. I can take it to work with me, and have it in my little work shack. I don’t do 4 minute work outs. What I do is 30 reps with just arms, then abs, then both at the same time. I’ll do three or four sets of this three or four times a day. The best part is, I use it! Muscle strengthening is the only way to obtain significant muscle definition of the body. Cardio and weight loss will not provide accumulative muscle definition. Even if you lose as much weight as possible and ran a marathon every day you still would not have fast twitch muscle development or the 46 core abs, back muscles, lats and lower back muscles.

The requirement for muscle definition and strength, is to create new muscles by Micro-tearing the fiber with the proper resistance load (check out our science section) & biomechanics. Muscles are called fast twitch, meaning that they don’t care how much time you spent, they only care that you have the proper biomechanics ( machine ) and resistance load to micro tear the muscle. Slow twitch muscle works cardio or endurance and it’s a slower process 30-90 minutes, while fast twitch or strengthening is FAST, taking Minutes with the right machine and proper resistance load.

So a person could spend an hour in a gym with minimal results, while another person can spend 3 to 5 minutes with the right machine and high intensity resistance, getting greater definition, strength and results. Refer to the 1 minute challenge video on campaign and video right after, where a doctor explains how many exercises as yoga or just using body weight is not enough resistance load for muscle definition and strength.

Core 46 fulfills the above parameters to create significant definition of the Abds and core, burning belly fat, stronger low back, increased bone mass and fighting Sarcopenia. Secondly, if you over eat and you create excessive fat, than muscle definition will be less apparent, but it’s still there.

Cardio burns fat only at the time of the activity, muscle eats fat 24 hours per day and 7 days a week regardless if you’re sleeping or sitting at a desk all day. When you’re not Strengthening, you will lose a bunch of these fat eaters every month, which adds to the fat around the waist and reduces body definition from a hard body to a soft body.

Besides fat loss, strengthening allows you to target specific body areas such as core muscle development of the 46 pack muscles around the waist, which is critical for increased performance, more sculpted body versus just a 6 pack, back support and increased bone strength. Cardio and dieting will not allow you to target specific areas of the body.  

It may take you 50 minutes and several different gym machines to activate all 46 core muscles, the advantage with Core 46 is less time, 4 minutes versus 50 minutes, and greater results in one single exercise.
